Smoked Salmon Pizza

This super easy and versatile recipe works as an appetizer or a light meal.  Made with store bought pizza crust, naan bread or flat bread it's always ready to go!

  • 2 naan bread store bought pizza crust or flat bread
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon, lox or gravalox most packages contain 4 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained and patted dry
  • red onion, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place pizza, naan or flat bread directly onto rack and toast for 10 minutes.  Cool completely.

  2. Spread cream cheese onto cooled crust.  Top with salmon, capers, onion and a sprinkle of parsley if desired.

  3. Slice and serve!
