Stuffed Artichoke, Jalapeno with Feta French Bread

A super easy to make stuffed baguette with artichokes and cheese

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened - either light or full fat will work
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jalapeño pepper - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion - finely chopped plus extra rings for garnish
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts well drained
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese - plus additional for garnish
  • 1 large loaf french bread or 2 demi loaves


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut and remove center of french bread using a small paring knife, leaving an inch on bottom and sides.
  3. Using electric mixer, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and egg until well blended and smooth.
  4. Add, jalapeño, garlic, red onion, drained artichoke hearts and feta. Mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon into hollowed out french bread.
  6. Sprinkle with additional feta and chopped red onion.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot all the way through.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
