Pineapple Marmalade

This two ingredient condiment will dress up any old plain chicken, fish or pork!

  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup granulated sugar


  1. Combine ingredients in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Simmer on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes until thick, bubbly and starting to brown on the edges, stirring on occasion.
  4. Serve warm or chilled with your favorite chicken or fish
