  • 6 cups peeled peaches
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla


  1. Finely chop the peaches. Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour peach mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
