Use this method to freeze herbs to use in soups and sauces all year long!

  • Water and/or Olive oil


  1. Press fresh herbs into ice cube tray.
  2. Top with water OR olive oil
  3. Freeze overnight
  4. Pop out of trays, into baggie and back in the freezer
