Green Goddess Dressing
With a cottage cheese base, this recipe is easy, creamy, healthy and delicious!

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or olive oil or greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic (or 1 clove)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley (or herb of choice)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (or herb of choice)
- 1/4 cup dill (or herb of choice)
- 3 tbsp water (add 1 tbsp at a time)
Combine all ingredients in a blender, along with 1 tbsp of water & blend.
Add 1 tbsp of water at at time and blend until desired consistency of dressing is reached.
Transfer to jar with airtight lid. Label with date and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Serve over salad, chicken or fish & enjoy!
