Ingredients
1lbground beef(you can double the meat if you want a thicker patty)
112 packHawaiian Rolls
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspcracked black pepper
1/2cupshredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Line a 9x13 inch sheet pan with foil, and spray with nonstick.
Spread the ground beef directly onto the foil lined sheet pan, and spread it out to the edges of the pan. Note that the meat will shrink once it bakes.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper onto the ground beef. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked throughout (160 degrees fahrenheit is fully cooked).
While meat is baking, slice rolls horizontally, allowing them stay connected. Set aside.
Remove from oven, and immediately add 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top of the meat. Place back in oven for 2 minutes and allow it to melt.
Remove meat from oven. Allow to cool just enough for safe handling. Transfer meat to Hawaiian rolls. Slice and serve!
