Chicken Burgers with Spinach and Feta

- 1.5 lb ground chicken (97/3 fat is our favorite but any type will work)
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup panko crumbs
- .5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Combine ingredients into bowl. Mix well with hands until fully combined.
Form into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Cook as desired until internal temperature of burger is 165 degrees farenheit.
