A flavorful burger reminiscent of greek flavors! Including peppers, feta and oregano!

- 1 pound ground chicken 97/3 percent fat
- 1/2 cup red peppers - chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion diced (reserve some for garnish if desired)
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (fresh)
- 1/3 cup panko crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- Serve with sliced red onion if desired
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix to combine. Divide into portions as desired.
Preheat pan (or grill).
Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Greek chicken burgers are cooked once they reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
