Salmon Dip Recipe (using fresh, leftover or smoked salmon)

This recipe is simple and comes together in only a couple minutes. It's the perfect appetizer for any season.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup salmon (leftover filets, canned, chef's choice)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/8 tsp liquid smoke (add more if desired)

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients- salmon, cream cheese, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and liquid smoke.
    Note: Liquid smoke is very strong. Add only a little at a time and taste test until desired level of smokiness is reached.
  • Stir salmon dip with a fork until fully mixed.
  • Transfer to bowl. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
