- Garlic
- Butter
- Italian Seasoning
- Paprika
- Onion powder

- Broccoli or any other quick cooking veggie you like like onions and peppers, asparagus or peas.
Simply dice up your chicken in bite size pieces. Using a large skillet, brown the chicken in a combination of olive oil and butter. Careful not to overcrowd the pan. - We used boneless chicken thighs but boneless chicken breasts or tenders would work just as well.
What are some tips to making the best Butter Chicken –
- Use unsalted butter if possible so you can control the salt.
- Use fresh garlic.
- When searing the chicken bites, put them in the pan and leave them alone. Don’t flip for 3-4 minutes until a nice crust forms.
- Serve with rice or potatoes. We love how this makes an easy chicken bowl!
