Cobb Salad Dip served with crackers

This Cobb Salad Dip is truly the most easy and toteable appetizer around!

Served cold it can go from home to home easily!  We love to serve it with pita chips as they are sturdy but corn chip scoops work great too!

Ingredients to make Cobb Dip –

  • cream cheese
  • sour cream or plain yogurt
  • ranch seasoning
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • bacon crumbles
  • chopped egg
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • avocado
  • pita chips or corn chip scoops

We start by combining the cream cheese, sour cream with the ranch seasoning.

Spread it evenly in a pie place or other shallow pan or platter.

layer the cobb salad ingredients in a shallow pan
Spread cream cheese mixture in shallow pan
Top with lettuce and tomato

Top with bacon, chopped egg and blue cheese crumbles.

TIME SAVING TIPS to make Cobb Dip:

  • Purchase already cooked bacon, crisp it up in the microwave and crumble
  • Purchase already boiled eggs.  These are real time savers!

This dip is great for everything from Holidays to Barbecues!  Always a hit!

Store in the refrigerataor for up to 2 days.  Fresher the better as the veggies can wilt a bit over time.
