white chip chocolate cookies

We are cookie junkies around here!  I almost always have a batch of cookie dough in the refrigerator so we can bake off a half dozen or so anytime.  Nothing is better than a house that smells like fresh baked cookies!

Ingredients for White Chip Chocolate Cookies –

  • white sugar
  • brown sugar
  • butter
  • egg
  • cocoa powder
  • flour
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • white chocolate chips

Basic easy ingredients that come together in just a couple minutes!

If this recipe looks familiar it’s because it is!  It is the same recipe we use for our Double Chocolate Chip Cookies only we subbed chocolate chips for white chocolate chips.  If it aint broke….

Simply mix all the ingredients together and bake!  No need to chill the dough…need my cookie fix  now!

We give them a sprinkle of salt that really kicks up the chocolate!
