I am always looking for ways to make easy snacks, and canned biscuits are the perfect easy base! With only 3 ingredients, you can make these easy cream cheese stuffed bagel bombs. They’re the perfect after school snack or appetizer and are made in only about 20 minutes.

What are Bagel Bombs?

Canned Biscuit Recipe

The only 3 ingredients you need for this recipe are canned biscuits, cream cheese, and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (if you don’t have any, you can buy it here on Amazon for $6.00*).

rolled flat biscuit dough with cream cheese

How to Make Bagel Bombs

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Open up the can of biscuits, and roll each biscuit into a flat disc using a rolling pin.
  • Add a chunk of cream cheese (about 1 tbsp) in the middle of each disk, and tuck the edge of each disc underneath, rolling into a sealed ball.
  • Roll each bagel bomb into the bagel seasoning.
  • Place onto a greased baking sheet, and bake for about 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.

Pro Tip: It’s important to roll the dough in the bagel seasoning versus sprinkling it so that it sticks to the dough when baking! I do this on a paper plate for one less dish to clean.

These are great! I’ve tried other flavor cream cheese and they come out delicious. Today I’m going to try rolling them in cinnamon sugar. I freeze them and then pop them in the microwave for breakfast.

They are best served warm out of the oven but you could microwave them for 10 seconds at a time until warmed throughout. Careful though, bread heats up fast!
