I’m trying to think of something to use cold sesame noodles as a side with. Any recommendations?
Kathi & Rachel says
Hi Katelyn – any type of grilled chicken or fish would be fabulous. Keep it simple, a sprinkle of salt pepper and olive oil and cook until perfect 165 degrees internally for chicken and 145 degrees for fish.
Jean says
Could you use soba noodles?
Kathi & Rachel says
Yes, any kind of pasta including soba will work!
MJ says
Can you reheat this?
Kathi & Rachel says
You bet! Freshen it up with a little bit of soy and sesame oil if it seems a little dry. The noodles really soak up all the sauce!
