Can I use low fat milk?
Kathi & Rachel says
Yes.
Uncle AJ says
I made this with the King Arthur Keto cake mix and used monkfruit in the cinnamon swirl. It didn’t really swirl due to the consistency of the cake batter, though it was really tasty. Instead of the icing here, I used a keto-ized copycat of the Cinnabon icing.
I will make this again. Probably multiple times.

I really wanted to make this delicious looking cake but, four cups of sugar!!! Whoa!
Kathi & Rachel says
mmmm, not sure what your looking at but there is one cup of sugar in the cake.
Raya says
I think she is referring to the cake as served. It lists 1c in the cake, 1c in the filling and 2c in the icing. 4cups total. (more really since cup for cup powdered sugar contain more sugar than granulated)
Kathi & Rachel says
Could be! It’s cake…it has sugar. That’s what cake does :).
