We love anything pickle flavored, and our dill pickle dip is a new favorite! We amp up the crunch factor by adding celery, and a secret ingredient of pickle juice is added for extra pickle-y flavor! Top it off with crunchy toasted breadcrumbs for the perfect snack or party dip.

Crunchy Dill Pickle Dip

Most people love pickles. It’s us- we’re most people. We’ve had an affinity for anything pickled since long before our blog existed. Pickled carrots, pickled onions, pickled bean salad & even quick pickled cucumbers.

The thing I like best about dill pickles is that they’re healthy, and have such a distinctive flavor. We crafted this recipe with the 2 most important parts of the pickle experience, dill pickle flavor, and loads of crunch, all in one easy dip!

Dill Pickle Dip Ingredients

This recipe only takes a few ingredients and about 5 minutes to make.

  • Cream Cheese
    • You can use full fat, or reduced fat. Some specialty grocery stores sell Greek cream cheese which is very low in fat.
  • Dill Pickles
    • Pickles are a trendy food right now. You can use traditional shelf stable jarred pickles, or refrigerated fresh pickles.
  • Pickle Juice
    • Yep! All of the pickle flavor for this recipe is in the jar itself. Easy!
  • Dandy® Celery
    • Dandy® Celery is the freshest and crunchiest. It’s freshly washed and cut which makes this recipe even easier on the cook!
  • Fresh Dill
    • Fresh herbs just add so much flavor, and a level of freshness.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
    • Toasted. This is optional, but makes for a delicious topping.

Dill Pickle Dip with Cream Cheese

Be sure to let the cream cheese soften on the counter for just a bit, it makes it so much easier to mix! Add the cream cheese to a bowl, followed by pickles, dill, salt, pepper, celery, and pickle juice. The beauty of the pickle juice is that the vinegar helps break down the cream cheese, making it super easy to mix, and it also adds a ton of pickle flavor.

Key Ingredient: Don’t skip adding celery! It adds such a great fresh crunch to this dip.

This post is sponsored by Duda Farm Fresh Foods using their Dandy® celery. They have some of the best tasting celery on the market, super crispy and fresh. We also love that their celery is pre-washed to save a step in the cooking process, and its sweeter, crispier, and less stringy than other celery! Find Dandy® celery at a grocer near you.

Serving Pickle Dip

This dip is super easy to serve and pairs well with chips and crackers. We are watching our carbs, and  love to serve this with Dandy® Celery Dippers for a healthy option.

I put this on a platter with Dandy® Celery Dippers and crackers, and the entire bowl was gone in 5 minutes. I guess you could say my family liked it!
