The Perfect Anything Dip

This roasted red pepper dip is what I call an ‘anything dip’. You can put it on anything! Chicken, shrimp, fish, salads, crudite platters, or maybe even your finger. No matter the medium, this dip is one you’ll love on anything.

Red Pepper Dip Ingredients

For this dip, you’ll need a few ingredients, most of which are home kitchen staples, besides the roasted red peppers. You can buy these in a jar at most grocery stores near the pickles. You can also choose to roast your own, this video is a great ‘how to’ guide.

  • Greek Yogurt: I use nonfat but chef’s choice.
  • Cream Cheese: I use a Greek cream cheese I buy at Sprouts because it’s lower in fat and tastes just as good.
  • Roasted Red Peppers: Find them at any grocery store, or Trader Joe’s.
  • Feta Cheese: Crumbled or whole block, up to you.
  • Salt: Sparingly, Feta itself is rather salty.
  • Pepper: For a little kick. If you want this dip to be spicy, you can add in some jalapeño or chipotle pepper.
  • Granulated Garlic: I prefer granulated garlic because the flavor disperses better in dips.

Place the ingredients in a blender, give it a taste, and that’s it!

More about Red Pepper Dip

Store this dip in an airtight container. It will last for up to about 3 days in the refrigerator. If you need to transport it, I recommend using a jar with a tightly sealed lid. This dip can’t be frozen, but it’s so easy to make, there is no need to freeze it. You can make a new batch in about 3 minutes!

To make this dip extra mouth watering, I like to add some feta crumbles and chopped red bell pepper on top. I also added some cracked black pepper for a little extra spice. When I served this with a crudite platter, I also added some smoked paprika as a garnish, because I love me a little bit of smokey flavor!
