When I put this list together, I was thinking about recipes and meals that make both my husband and dad go ‘yummm’. They are simple creatures, so I mostly put together simply cooked proteins, with side dishes that are unique, but classic and comforting. For Father’s Day, I find a menu that consists of hearty classics, with a comforting spin are most appreciated by all. Given that Father’s Day falls in June, it’s easy to find great fresh produce, so  super crispy, fresh dishes are a must!
