Pesto Salmon
Pesto Salmon bakes up just as fast as plain salmon, but with restaurant quality flavor. We get our favorite pesto from Costco. It’s fresh, and has mostly whole ingredients. A jar goes a long way, so you can use it for Orzo Pesto Salad, or even Gnocchi Skillet with Creamy Pesto on the side. Yum!

Salmon Dip
Every time I make this salmon dip, my guests go crazy. I always have to make more than 1 batch, and my salmon-loving dad goes especially crazy for it! The trick is to add a little bit of smokey flavor using liquid smoke (literally a tiny, tiny amount goes a very long way!). Best part? It only takes 5 minutes and uses leftover salmon. If you really want to amp it up, serve it with homemade crackers.
Pan Cooked Salmon
Every home chef should know how to pan cook salmon. From start to finish this recipe is only about 15 minutes and yields restaurant quality salmon every time. If you have company, top it with a little bit of lemon and rosemary for garnish. I absolutely love to serve this with a fresh tasting Lemon Ricotta Pasta for that ‘wow’ factor!
