We’ve gathered all of our favorite Mother’s Day Recipes all in one place. From delightful salads, to flavorful entrees, to delectable desserts, we have all of your Mother’s Day recipes covered right here. The best part? All of these recipes work for an intimate gathering, or a large crowd!

The Best Mother’s Day Recipes
When choosing the best Mother’s Day recipes, we opted for dishes that were fresh, with loads of color, flavor, and felt a little special. Obviously since it’s Mom’s Day, we try to use easy recipes that are easy to follow, and won’t result in Mom having to step in the kitchen and help. We also chose recipes that work for a crowd, or an intimate family dinner.
Asparagus Tart
Asparagus Tart is a perfect snack for Mother’s Day. Even better, turn it into an activity for the kids and let them decorate it like a bouquet of flowers. Use the asparagus for the stems, and the tomatoes for flower buds!
Croissant French Toast Bake
This is one decadent and delicious recipe. It’s so easy to make and it’s a total crowd pleaser. If you have leftovers, simply refrigerate it, and reheat the next day and you’ll have breakfast all week long!
Slow Cooker Greek Chicken
If you’re having more of a mellow day at home, or if you want to get something prepared before guests arrive this is the entree for you. Prepare a big slow cooker full of Slow Cooker Greek Chicken. You can use this for meal prep, as a main course, or as an appetizer with pita and tzatziki.
Layered Salad
This is an old fashioned recipe that has stood the test of time for many holidays. We love this for Mother’s Day especially because it is such a crowd pleasing recipe! You can customize it to your liking and add or subtract whichever ingredients your favorite gal loves.
Fresh Frittata Muffins
Does anything say Mother’s Day more than brunch, and fun little bites? Use these Frittata Muffins to feed a crowd, or make them for mom and let her enjoy them for a healthy breakfast for the week. They’re also perfectly portable if you want to take them on a picnic!
Eggs Benedict Casserole
The quintessential Mother’s Day dish in our family has always been eggs benedict. It is such a treat! It is also, alot of work to make, so we reimagined it into a casserole with all of the same flavors, complete with a hollandaise drizzle. This one is sure to make Mom smile.
Blueberry French Toast Casserole
By far our most popular breakfast casserole! This one combines chunks of cream cheese, blueberries, and day old bread in a custard style sauce. It bakes up to perfection and makes the house smell so good. Bonus? Make it a day ahead and just pop it in the oven. It doesn’t get any easier.
Pesto Orzo Salad
I have girlfriends who request this salad for every gathering! Creamy pesto sauce coats orzo with a few veggies and big shreds of parmesan cheese. The result? A restaurant quality pasta salad that is crowd pleasing, and has so much flavor.
Ground Chicken Orzo Dinner
If you’re going the quiet, give mom a break route, make her this easy dinner that only uses one pan, but it’s big on flavor. Orzo meets ground chicken with the addition of red bell peppers, onions and the unique taste of saffron. Top it off with some peas for added color and toss with lemon juice. Delicious!
Baked Blackened Salmon
Another easy dinner that needed love for Mother’s Day. A homemade blackening seasoning coats salmon and is baked in the oven for an under 30 minute entree everybody enjoys. This one is savory, sweet, smokey, and perfect on top of a salad, or simply on its own!
Lemon Ricotta Cake
As a mother myself, few things make me as happy as this Lemon Ricotta Cake. It’s got a texture that is dense and decadent, but not overpowering. Just like me in a swimsuit. Kidding. It’s easy to make and a foolproof baking recipe we love for the Spring and Summer months.
Prosciutto Wrapped Apple & Cheese
The flavor on these babies is similar to something you’d get at a fancy winery, but with way less effort. Make a lot or a little of these and garnish with greens for a fancy, easy snack. Bonus? They make a great poolside snack!
Wedge Salad Platter
This is one of my favorite recipes to serve for Mother’s Day. You can garnish them yourself, or set them up as a do it yourself salad bar. The crisp wedges of iceberg are so good and taste wonderful alongside grilled chicken, or even steak for a real treat.
